The ideal app for losing weight with Low Carb food.

The app consists of four pages that can be selected by swiping (left <-> right) and an integrated help function (user manual) that explains how it works.

The help can be accessed from the menu under the "Help" section.

The main page contains a calculator that calculates the points values (similar to WW FlexPoints) for a predefined portion size (grams) from the nutritional information of foods:

• - Fat (in grams)
• - Calories (kcal)
• - Serving size (g)

The second page contains a list of over 1000 foods (including Switzerland) and their corresponding point values. Users can search for food names in the list by entering search terms. Additionally, foods can be filtered by category.

On the third page, users can select recipes from a list of over 300 recipes or add their own. Users can also publish their own recipes to share them with other app users.

The fourth page features the daily planner with profile data and the daily plan.
